Pharma United Co., Ltd. is a China-based Cleanroom Products manufacturer with two production bases in Kunshan and Qianjiang. We design, manufacture and deliver the physical systems that define a cleanroom: insulated wall and ceiling panels, doors and windows, pass boxes, air showers, laminar airflow units, weighing booths, HEPA supply components and prefabricated PODs. The range is built around one purpose: helping pharmaceutical, biotech, hospital, electronics and food projects reach their required cleanliness class with fewer interface risks.
One Manufacturer, Complete Enclosure and Air-Handling Scope
Unlike a trading company, we control manufacturing across two factories. Kunshan produces cleanroom panels, doors and windows; Qianjiang builds LAF units, dispensing booths and pass boxes. In-house production gives us direct control over dimensional accuracy, surface quality and delivery timing.

Cleanroom Panels for Walls and Ceilings
Our Cleanroom Panel line is the structural core of the enclosure. The core material should be selected against the room classification, fire code, humidity and temperature-control requirements:
- Rockwool — fire-resistant walls and ceilings where safety and acoustic performance are priorities.
- Aluminum honeycomb — flat, rigid, lightweight surfaces for high-standard pharmaceutical and electronics rooms.
- Paper honeycomb — economical panels for laboratories, hospitals and general clean production.
- PIR and PU — thermal-efficiency cores for temperature-controlled and cold-room areas.
- XPS and EPS — practical options for economy-driven controlled zones.
Available surface finishes include PPGI, HPGI, HPL, SS304 and Asepticlean. Standard panel thicknesses are 50, 75 and 100 mm, with 60 mm and 80 mm available on request. HPL-faced panels are produced in our own facility, which is why we can hold a steady finish for large GMP projects.
Cleanroom Doors, Windows and Interlocks
Door and window selection affects air tightness, pressure cascade and daily workflow. Our range includes PCGI doors for cost-effective controlled areas, HPL doors for high-spec pharma and hospital lines, stainless steel doors for wet environments and frequent disinfection, sliding doors for space-constrained layouts, emergency doors for evacuation routes, gazing windows for observation and interlock systems to prevent simultaneous opening between different pressure zones.
All door families can be configured as single-leaf or double-leaf units with sealed flush surfaces and silicone or rubber gaskets. Fire-rated options are available where the project requires code compliance.
Cleanroom Equipment for Transfer and Process Support
Personnel and material transfer are critical contamination points. We supply air showers for personnel decontamination, pass boxes for material transfer, laminar air flow units for localised protection and weighing booths for dust containment during dispensing and formulation. These units are designed to operate with the room pressure cascade and can be interlocked with adjacent doors. See our Cleanroom Equipment range for additional configuration options.
For the airflow path, HEPA filters and HEPA supply boxes are available separately or combined with laminar flow and supply units. Specifying the filter class and air volume early avoids later modifications to the ceiling plenum.
Modular Cleanroom (PODs) for Phased and Relocatable Capacity
For projects that need speed or flexibility, our Modular Cleanroom(PODs) are built and quality-tested in the factory before shipment. Indoor PODs fit inside existing buildings where renovation is not practical; outdoor PODs provide a self-contained cleanroom envelope with integrated environmental control. Both options are scalable, can be connected to an existing facility or operated independently, and reduce on-site construction time.
Information We Use to Configure Your Solution
To prepare a project-specific proposal, we need the following inputs:
- Room-by-room cleanliness target, ISO class or GMP grade, and the pressure cascade between areas.
- Internal dimensions, ceiling height, wall span, floor condition and existing HVAC arrangement.
- Panel core and surface finish preferences based on fire code, humidity, washdown chemicals and cleanability.
- Door schedule, window locations, hardware finish and interlock logic.
- Quantity and type of transfer equipment: air showers, pass boxes, laminar air flow units and weighing booths.
- HEPA filter class and airflow volume for supply, return and exhaust systems.
- On-site scope: material supply, full material package with technical guidance, or complete turnkey installation.
- Documentation requirements for GMP or regulatory submission, including DQ/IQ/OQ support and construction records.
Manufacturing, Quality and Site Support
We are China's largest manufacturer of HPL cleanroom panels, producing 250,000 m² annually. Our Kunshan base operates CNC laser cutters, bending machines and punching machines for panels, doors and equipment housings; the Qianjiang factory produces cleanroom panels, LAF units, dispensing booths and pass boxes. This vertical structure keeps quality and delivery under our control rather than depending on external material suppliers.
On the engineering side, our team carries an average of more than ten years of on-site installation experience and uses BIM visualization to coordinate layouts, ducting and equipment before production starts. For GMP projects, we coordinate cleanroom and AHU zoning, equipment arrival timing and utility interfaces with owners and consultants, and support DQ, IQ and OQ preparation with construction records and technical documentation.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I order a complete cleanroom package from Pharma United?
Yes. We provide two service models: a complete turnkey delivery, or a full material package with technical guidance, project management and coordination responsibility. Both models use our own panel, door and equipment production, and we coordinate the enclosure with HVAC, utilities and key equipment timing.
How do I choose between rockwool, honeycomb and foam-core panels?
Rockwool is the default where fire resistance and sound insulation are priorities. Aluminum honeycomb is the choice for very flat, stable and light walls, while paper honeycomb is an economical alternative. PIR, PU, XPS and EPS cores suit temperature-controlled and cost-sensitive areas. We recommend a core once we know the room class, fire code and humidity profile.
What door, window and interlock options are used in GMP areas?
For pharmaceutical and biotech lines we commonly supply HPL or stainless steel doors, viewing windows, emergency exits and interlock systems. Swing and sliding configurations can be combined with air showers and pass boxes so that door sequencing supports the pressure cascade. Fire-rated and single- or double-leaf options can be included in the door schedule.
How are Indoor and Outdoor PODs installed?
PODs are built and quality-tested in our factory, then delivered to site in a condition that shortens the construction phase. Indoor PODs can be placed inside an existing building without major structural renovation; outdoor PODs are self-contained units with integrated HVAC and filtration. Installation needs clear transport access, a level supporting floor and utility connection points.
What information does Pharma United need before preparing a proposal?
We need the room-by-room cleanliness target, dimensions, ceiling height, pressure cascade, panel core and surface preferences, door and window schedule, number of air showers or pass boxes, HEPA class and the installation scope. With those inputs, we prepare a configuration and project-specific quotation.
